  The industrial software team, led by Professor Guo Wei from Tianjin University and supported by two national-level high-level talents, eight professors, four full-time engineers, and five doctoral students, focuses on customized development and implementation of industrial software, end-to-end data management in smart factories, and AI big data model training. The team has been awarded multiple national and provincial-level scientific and technological achievement awards, including the Civil Aviation Science and Technology Award from the China Air Transport Association and the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award.

  Under the guidance of adaptable design theory, the team has successfully developed an advanced industrial software information platform using AI scientific computing large-scale model construction technology. This platform can customize industrial software solutions tailored to the needs of different enterprises. It offers top-level design and overall planning for smart factories, smart parks, and intelligent logistics, supports the deployment and implementation of industrial and sector-specific clouds, and provides in-depth industrial big data mining and analysis services. This platform helps industrial enterprises achieve digital decision-making, management, process optimization, and infrastructure intelligence throughout the product manufacturing lifecycle. This comprehensive digital support enables companies to optimize resource allocation, improve production efficiency, and reduce operating costs effectively by accurately understanding various stages of th e production process.

  Currently, the platform has been applied in enterprises like Haier and China Railway Construction and has conducted collaborative projects such as heavy-duty machine tool group equipment management, aircraft air conditioning heat exchanger forecasting, and user experience analysis for automotive Internet companies. These collaborations have enhanced the lean production capabilities and efficiency of information-based and intelligent management in enterprises.

  The team specializes in industrial software design, development, and implementation, with a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms like unsupervised learning, ensemble learning, and Bayesian networks. They focus on big data analysis for large-scale data processing.

  Over the years, the team has published 80+ academic papers and won the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Tianjin. They have developed nine design tools and platforms, secured three international technology support projects, three National Natural Science Foundation projects, and five national key R&D projects, with total funding over 58 million RMB.
