研究方向与成果

The team, led by Dr. Peng Wang, a researcher at the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences, includes members from Peking University, Tianjin University, and other institutions. It consists of five full-time researchers and six graduate students, focusing on energy and environmental research adopted by international organizations like the IPCC.

Using remote sensing, big data, artificial intelligence, and digital twins, the team monitors the resource and environmental impacts of complex systems. They have developed a supply chain ESG analysis and risk intelligence platform, enabling ESG impact assessment, intelligent risk early warning, and forecasting across the supply chain. Addressing compliance in industries such as batteries and textiles, they collaborate with domestic and international institutions to develop electronic passport technology and digital labels, facilitating lifecycle traceability and green product design. Their models and technologies are widely applied in batteries, automotive, photovoltaics, rare earths, and lithium industries.

Additionally, the team offers product carbon footprint assessment and low-carbon pathway reporting services. They cater to overseas markets, including the EU, providing comprehensive carbon footprint evaluations, emission diagnostics, and low-carbon pathway analyses for products, processes, and supply chains, compiling standardized reports.
